EXFOLIATE: use a gentle exfoliant to smooth skin and slough- away skin-clogging skin cells.

TONE: balances pH in the skin, replenishes hydration, minimizes oil and tightens pores.

PREVENT + CORRECT:

This step addresses skinโ€™s needs - whether its to help moisturize, acne control, plumping, anti-aging, laxity, dullness, hyperpigmentation, or tone correction etc. DO NOT FORGET YOUR NECK. Nobody likes a Turkey Neck

How much water? At least 96oz a day. More if you drink coffee and alcohol, both act as dehydrating agents. Not only will your skin look better, but you will also feel better and more energetic, your whole body will thank you majorly. What's the easiest way to get 96 oz in a day? I recommend getting a 32 oz water bottle and making sure you drink 3 of them a day or more. Bored with water only? Add a slice of lemon, drop in a mint leaf, or a cucumber.

NUTRITION

Nutrition is another HUGE role in Skin Health, diet surprisingly has a lot to do with skin health. Have you ever noticed if you splurge one weekend you break out?
